Position Summary

The successful candidate will design, coordinate and implement their own research and publish results in high-impact venues. The research scope involves developing semiconductor technologies and the relevant knowledge base. Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a relevant field by 31 August 2026
• Ability to pursue independent scholarly activity
• Fluent spoken and written English skills

Position Details

The position is for three years, starting no later than 1July 2027, with a salary of 4500euros per month before tax.
