Can technology make the intensive care unit quieter, safer, and more humane? 

As a Researcher (postdoctoral or senior level), you will lead clinical research within the European SASICU (Smart and Silent ICU) project, an ambitious international collaboration developing the next generation of interoperable ICU technologies. Your work will investigate how reducing unnecessary medical alarms affects patients’ physiological, psychological, and recovery outcomes, while also exploring the impact on nurses and clinical workflows. Candidates with substantial relevant research experience who do not currently hold a postdoctoral position are also encouraged to apply.
