Salary: £13.10 per hour + £1.00 per hour attendance bonus for full weeks worked

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, 6 days on / 2 days off rota basis

Overview
NXT Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning producer of fresh eggs near Penrith to recruit Poultry Operatives to join their dedicated team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and successful business, supporting the day-to-day care and welfare of livestock while maintaining high standards across the site.

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. This role would suit someone who is reliable, hardworking, and has a positive attitude with a genuine interest in animal care and working within an agricultural environment.
