An exciting opportunity has become available for a Power Applications Engineer to work in Munich, Germany, for an automotive semiconductor company.

The Power Applications Engineer will join a team of experts whose focus is customer support, product definition and validating solutions for customers.

As well as fluent German language and an interest in customer support, the key technical aspects of the role will include:

Power converter design

EMC/ EMI

12-48V systems

PCB Design

Test and validate new topologies

Undertake development of IC-based systems

The Power Applications Engineer will have a degree in electronics or electrical engineering and a proven background in the following:

Fluent German language

Common power conversation topologies such as buck/boost, flyback or half-bridge.
