Purpose

Design, build and scale AI-enabled solutions across Hiscox, translating business demand into structured, governed and reusable capabilities that improve speed, quality and throughput of work.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business units to identify, prioritise and deliver AI use cases aligned to operational outcomes (cycle time, quality, throughput, cost-to-serve).

Design and implement AI solutions.

Develop and deploy agents, automations and workflow solutions.

Support the transition from isolated use cases to a managed, scalable programme approach.
