Key Responsibilities - Continuously monitor market trends and industry research to define the research strategy and product roadmap.
- Drive the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring the engineering team has the technical direction and support required to deliver industry leading proof of concept designs within target timelines.
- Lead and mentor a group of engineers, supporting career development with goal setting and regular check-ins.
- Identify the skills needed in the team and help with recruitment of suitable engineers.
