Role Description

The Power and Utilities Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Shekhupura, responsible for overseeing all plant utilities and related infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing power distribution systems, compressors, and other utility equipment, monitoring energy and water consumption, and implementing optimization initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact. The role involves coordinating facility management activities, supervising maintenance and technical teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The manager will prepare and monitor utility budgets, analyze performance data, and report on key metrics to leadership. Collaboration with production, maintenance, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) teams is essential to support uninterrupted manufacturing and continuous improvement.
