We are looking for a Powersports Parts & Parts Sales Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for powersports and the outdoors. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering an excellent experience.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Provide knowledgeable advice on parts, accessories, and upgrades
• Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs and offering solutions
• Support customers after the sale with questions and troubleshooting

Parts & Ordering

• Identify parts using manuals, supplier systems, and online tools
• Provide OEM and aftermarket options
• Process orders, special orders, and backorders accurately
