The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business, commercial, and investment models for Public-Private Partnership (PPP), digital transformation, managed services, and revenue-sharing initiatives.

The role requires strong experience in business case development, commercial strategy, financial analysis, market assessment, and value proposition design.
