At EBRO Factory, we are driving the future of the automotive industry through innovation, quality, and operational excellence. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PQA / SQA Engineer to strengthen our Quality team within the Assembly area .

Responsibilities

• Lead product and supplier quality in Trim & Assembly, accelerating issue resolution, continuous improvement, and compliance with customer and EBRO standards.
• Lead quality containment actions and root cause analysis for production and supplier issues.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, QRQC, etc.
• Monitor KPIs related to quality performance, defects, rework, and supplier incidents.
• Support launch activities, validations, and engineering changes during industrialization phases.
