Note: This is an individual contributor (IC) role focused on driving PR and corporate communications initiatives, without direct team management responsibilities.
1. PR Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute PR initiatives to strengthen the company's corporate brand and product brand image.

Partner with Brand teams to plan and implement PR activities supporting brand strategies, new product launches, and integrated communication campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, credibility, and consumer engagement.

Collaborate with HR-GA and other internal departments to deliver internal communications, CSR initiatives, employer branding programs, and corporate events.
