Responsibilities

• Research relevant journalists, editors, and outlets in business, tech, and startup media
• Maintain and organize media lists in shared trackers, segmenting by topic and beat
• Send pitches and follow-ups using pre-written messaging and templates
• Track outreach activity, journalist responses, and media coverage
• Assist in updating press releases, pitch templates, and briefing documents
• Support the coordination of media outreach for product launches and announcements

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in PR, communications, journalism, or marketing
• Exposure to media outreach, pitching, or content creation
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Interest in startups, tech, or branding
