Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu.
• Monitor social media channels and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Handle administrative tasks related to social media such as product loan pullouts.
• Liaise with external agencies to support content creation.
• Assist in drafting press releases, primarily translating from English to Chinese, and other communications materials.
