Martta Kotihoiva is a local Hämeenlinna-based company that provides home care to the elderly in the Kanta‑Häme region. We are looking for a Practical Nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent nursing care in clients’ homes with a focus on safety and comfort.
• Work in a 2‑shift rotation schedule.
• Use modern technology such as Evondos and Axitare medication automats for medication management.
• Offer supportive care while maintaining good communication and social skills with clients and the care team.

Requirements

• Practical Nurse qualification and valid Finnish license.
• Ability to drive a car and hold a current driver’s licence.
• Good Finnish language skills (spoken and written).
• Medication authorisation required for the job.
