We are looking for energetic Practical Nurses for home care in Paltamo. Currently, we are hiring Practical Nurses for fixed‑term substitute positions in Paltamo home care from July 13 to August 30, 2026, and from July 13 to August 6, 2026.

Responsibilities

The role involves providing care and nursing at the client’s home with a rehabilitative approach. The Practical Nurse acts as the primary nurse responsible for the client in home care, ensuring comprehensive care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team of home care. We value applicants’ ability to work independently and in teams, organizational skills, flexibility, and good communication skills.

Requirements

A driving licence is essential.

Qualifications include a licence under the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994) or equivalent registration, and a Practical Nurse qualification.
