We are looking for a Practical Nurse (Lähihoitaja) to work in a permanent position at Ämmänsaaren Service Home/Care Home Muistola.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for residents in assisted living.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary work community, cooperating with residents’ relatives and necessary networks.
• Follow the personal nurse model: work with multidisciplinary staff to develop the resident’s care and service plan and conduct RAI functional capacity assessments.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care in collaboration with the team.
• Work across three shifts.

Qualifications

• Social and health care basic degree or equivalent, as specified by law (272/2005) section8.
• Final‑year practical nurse students are considered.
• Vaccination protection according to infectious diseases law.
