Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children in Greymouth is inviting applications for a permanent full-time Practice Leader. You will lead and shape social work practice across the site, guiding staff to achieve better outcomes for tamariki, rangatahi, and whānau.

You will coach, mentor and supervise social workers, foster collaboration, and work closely with peers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and learning within a vibrant, multicultural team.
