The key focus is on the e2e value delivery, the business operations and business motivations linking the enterprise networks together. ​Business Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across business domains, from strategy to execution. They model and create organisational value capabilities, structures and maps to optimise transformation and change, operational value delivery and a rationalised and sustainable IT.
