This role offers an opportunity to support trainee counsellors.

• Provide administrative support for student practicum placements and clinical supervision.
• Coordinate administrative arrangements for short courses and group supervision sessions.
• Track and monitor practicum log sheets, ensuring accurate documentation and sign-off by site supervisors.
• Provide administrative support to the Clinical and Academic Director.

• Minimum a Graduate Diploma in Counselling
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students from various age groups
