Position Description: Responsible for the comprehensive supervision and management of the entire pre-drilling engineering process, encompassing site reconnaissance, pre-drilling design review, construction process control, quality, safety, and schedule verification, coordination of land acquisition and related formalities, and final acceptance inspection. Ensure that the well pad, roads, utilities, and foundational infrastructure are completed on schedule and meet the requirements for drilling commencement. Responsibilities: 1.Quality, Safety, and Schedule Management Conduct full-process control over the quality, progress, and safety of pre-drilling engineering (including well pad leveling, road construction, water well drilling, and foundation works).
