Executive Pre-Sales At L&T Realty, Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating walk-ins at various real estate projects of the organisation. To lead a team of about 20 in-house pre-sales team members approx. to generate quality walk-ins across various projects. To improve lead management processes, TATs, and device policies for enabling max lead conversion, increase revenues of PreSales and contribute to min. 20%+ to the overall business or as discussed with top management.
