Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales support by assisting with technical information and solutions for projects
  • Apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success and enhance communication solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the capabilities of our solutions
  • Manage the technical interconnection between our platform and partner systems
  • Provide technical consultation, integration guidance and support to clients during both pre-sales and implementation phases
Requirements
  • Diploma in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Engineering / Infocomm Technology (ICT) / Electronics Engineering
