As a Pre-Sales / Sales Enginee r, you will own the technical and functional solutioning for our strategic enterprise deals. Working as a key liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will navigate complex technical environments (APIs, Webhooks, CRMs, POS integrations) to architect highly tailored, viable solutions that solve a retailers business goals.
This role balances high-impact technical delivery with strategic sales enablement. You will be directly measured on accelerating revenue velocity, optimizing RFP efficiency, and maintaining a near-zero post-sale technical mismatch rate.
