Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Attend new sales enquiries, build relationships with current and new customer base.
  • Test and troubleshoot faulty products indoors and on sites (if required).
  • Promote ASSA ABLOY brands to end users, sell to system integrators and/or distributors.
  • Allocate 10% focus to account management and 90% focus to technical & sales support.
  • Manage inventory and non‑inventory stocks in‑house and at 3rd‑party warehouses.
  • Handle warranty claims and key codes for customers with proprietary systems.
  • Maintain AASG office access‑control systems.
  • Provide technical support, advice and product training to professional end‑users, system integrators and distributors.
  • Liaise with ASSA ABLOY colleagues (local and overseas) to maximise customer service levels.
  • Prepare sales promotional and/or marketing catalogues/materials for sales personnel.
