We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre‑Sales Voice Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team, with a primary focus on Alcatel‑Lucent voice systems . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise voice and data networks, ensuring seamless communication infrastructure across the organization. This role requires in‑depth expertise in Alcatel platforms, as well as a strong understanding of Unified Communications (UC) and enterprise networking technologies.
