**Job Description:**

Highland Hospital is seeking an experienced lab profession to join their team. Hours would be Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm.

The Pre-Analytical Operations Supervisor with direction from the manager, assists in the day-to-day supervision of operations in the Pre-Analytical department including the Phlebotomy team and POB Draw Station. Responsible for assisting the Pre-Analytical manager in for in the supervision of teams of Clinical Laboratory Associates performing specimen draw, specimen receipt, accessioning, sample preparation and processing, ensuring all processes adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance and driving success of the Pre-Analytical lab by managing resources appropriately.
