Aircraft Preflight Mechanic (AME M2)

Responsibilities

• Perform all preflight operations on aircraft between final assembly and customer acceptance, including functional checks and engine runs.
• Carry out and certify work associated with building an aircraft from early development stages through final assembly and pre-delivery activities.
• Conduct detailed inspections of aircraft systems and structures per internal procedures and regulatory standards.
• Complete all required inspection reports, log entries, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Apply troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve mechanical and system issues identified during preflight and engine run operations.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals to perform work to specification.
