Responsibilities

• Conduct Portfolio Reviews with Relationship Managers, assess product suitability and market and regulatory change impact to products held by clients as appropriate, identify opportunities and manage risks.
• Improve Relationship Managers’ product specific technical knowledge by effective on-job coaching and training.
• Join Relationship Managers in meeting clients and providing technical advice and input based on technical knowledge.
• Collect and apply market and channel intelligence to identify and share product competitive gaps, service issues, business opportunities, and challenges with stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Relationship Managers, sharing knowledge and encouraging others to do the same.
