MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Professional registration with ECSA (Pr Eng).

Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 12–15 years of mechanical engineering experience.

Extensive experience within mining, minerals processing or heavy industrial projects.

Significant EPCM project delivery experience.

Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Proven experience on large greenfield and brownfield projects.

Extensive construction, commissioning and operational readiness experience.

Strong vendor management and contractor management experience.

Platinum processing plant experience will be highly advantageous.
