We are currently seeking a PrEP Navigator to work at our 400 Broadway location.

Position Summary:

The PrEP Navigator is responsible for recruiting people who are HIV positive or at high risk for HIV infection. This individual must provide navigation to patients on PEP and PrEP to engage and retain in care.
