Our client based in Nelson is looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator on a permanent basis, the client is a well-respected manufacturer and are looking for candidates with experience on Amada or Trumpf Press Brakes.
The Job
* Operating and setting press brakes (Trumpf)
* Reading, interpreting, and working from engineering drawings
* Responsible for operating machinery used to bend and shape metal sheets into various forms requiring high precision and accuracy
* Identify and solve problems before folding operations commence
* Identify any order shortages before folding operations commence and inform the Leading Hand.
