**Job Description**

This role focuses on preparing parts, welding components into assemblies, and producing high‑quality pressure vessels and related structures on the 2nd shift. You will interpret production orders and blueprints, perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, and support continuous improvement by suggesting better methods, procedures, or equipment. The position offers direct placement, strong growth potential, and a clean, organized weld and machine shop environment.
