**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance tasks including checking amps, voltages, and performing temperature tests. The technician will clean and service existing units such as walk-in coolers, freezers, and condensers. They will collaborate with commercial clients to diagnose issues and execute normal preventive maintenance checklists as provided by the service field. The role involves working on mechanical and various HVAC equipment without the need for EPA certification. The technician will be required to be on call once every six weeks.
