Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection moulding, dispensing, and converting die-cut machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, servo, and automation systems.
• Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, robotics, and automation-related issues.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
• Support machine upgrades, equipment improvements, and process optimization projects.
• Drive TPM and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve equipment reliability and productivity.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and equipment records.
