Overview

At ING we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Pricing Expert to join our HomeTribe in a squad focused on the Mortgage of the future. The Mortgage Pricing squad is part of the Acquisition Team of the Mortgage Tribe, where you will help enhance and monitor the pricing framework of the mortgage product.

The Pricing Expert plays a key role in defining and continuously improving the end‑to‑end mortgage pricing strategy, ensuring that pricing strategies are competitive, profitable, compliant, and aligned with the bank’s commercial objectives, risk appetite and customer value proposition. You will act as the bridge between business, risk, finance, data and technology teams, translating strategy into scalable, data‑driven solutions.
