Job Duties
Assisting to monitor all IP O&E inquiries especially for project shipment
Maintain and submit rate for IP O&E Global Contract Rate
Assisting to support Operation Coordinator Team of preparing selling rates for RFQ, Spot Quote inquiry and other related IP O&E customer
Maintaining good relationship with carriers and co-loaders on local level or from overseas especially for Project shipment and O&E customer as such negotiating ad hoc rate
Maintaining good relationship with IP local agent as such negotiating ad hoc rate
Maintaining good relationship with customer both new IP customer and existing IP customer
