Responsibilities

• Assisting with the pricing and service-delivery related aspects of pitches and proposals.
• Developing Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs) and budgets for clients across all offices.
• Developing template budget and project management tools for different matter types, and fee data analytics and other pricing tools to streamline the budgeting process for client matters.
• Carrying out matter profitability analysis in relation to historical, existing and potential matters.
• Promoting various service delivery efficiency initiatives, including in relation to alternative staffing approaches, the use of technology tools for different legal processes, and the reengineering of legal services.
