Primary Booking and KPI Diagnostic Specialist

Work as a core member of the primary transfer team, overseeing transport operations and KPI management for both land and sea logistics.

Responsibilities

• Review scheduled weekly loading for primary transfer (land and sea) and allocate bookings efficiently to optimize cost and service.
• Monitor daily shipments, including booking, allocation, arrival, loading, transit updates, and delivery to depots.
• Measure and report critical KPIs such as Primary Transfer Reliability, Allocation Compliance, Loadfill, and other assigned metrics.
• Coordinate with haulers about operational concerns and support Primary transfer activities.
• Develop supplier capability through continuous discussion on service and efficiency.
• Prepare and present operational progress reports in weekly and monthly meetings.
