Types of procedures: Health and wellness assessments, including H&P evaluations, medication reviews, vitals, lab screenings (finger stick, urine sample), and fecal kit distribution.

Additional information: Providers must be available at least two full days per week (not necessarily consecutive) and include one weekday; weekend-only availability is not accepted.
