Your day-to-day will include:

Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs
Supporting children with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other SEND
Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies
Promoting independence, confidence and positive behaviour
