The Principal Accountant will be a motivated and organized individual with strong ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. This is an individual contributor role. The Accountant will oversee day‑to‑day accounting, including journal entry preparation and approval, month‑end closing and account reconciliations. In addition, the Principal Accountant will assist with global standardization and various ad‑hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Owning all aspects of the global accounting cycle for a comprehensive set of balance sheet accounts, including the monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial close.
• Preparing and reviewing journal entries, verifying accuracy and working with staff to correct issues.
• Ownership of lease accounting, partnering with the Real Estate team to understand the global facilities portfolio and any new or modified leases.
