We are seeking an experienced Principal Adviser to join our Strategic Planning and Performance team.

We have recently developed our new vision and strategy – seeking to position Pharmac as a more outward‑focussed, collaborative, and transparent organisation that values and actively engages with patients, consumers, and stakeholders.

In this rewarding and challenging role, you will lead the design of fit‑for‑purpose business process and continuous improvement initiatives at Pharmac, while maintaining an enterprise view across our end‑to‑end process architecture.

Working closely with our new Programme Delivery Office, you will be at the core of Pharmac's transformation and play a key role in influencing the design of new ways of working, with patients and consumers at the centre.
