About the Role

As part of the Strategic Risk Defense (SRD) Team within Capital One’s Canada Card Risk Office, you will participate in risk management processes across Canada with a focus on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. You will work with cross‑functional partners to guide high‑stakes changes and deliver efficient risk assessments.

Your Responsibilities

• Supports risk assessments to ensure they meet enterprise needs for consistency while meeting our business partners’ needs for an approach that addresses their unique processes, products and tech
• Develops sustainable Risk Processes, which put a premium on the time of business partners by to minimizing their effort while maximizing the value they get
