Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney for the position of a Principal Associate who will head up our trademark and copyright practice (non-contentious).The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of non-contentious trade mark and copyright prosecution, including strategic advice on availability of marks for registration and use, risk assessment, all other type of advisory work on trade marks and copyrights, trade mark and copyright filings, responding to objections, hearings at the Trade Mark Registry and Copyright Office, and all aspects of portfolio management in India.
