We are recruiting an Interim Principal Building Control Surveyor for a leading Social Housing provider based in Essex, on a 3-month contract.

As an InterimPrincipal Building ControlSurveyor, you will be responsible for supportof the delivery of our Building Control team through undertaking assessing a range of Building Control applications suitable to your accreditation.
Whats on offer:
Rate:£70-75 per hour (inside of IR35 and through umbrella)
Contract:3-month interim assignment (potential for extension)
Working pattern:Full-time (3740 hours per week)
This role will require you to work out of the office 1 day a week and travel around the area 2 days a week
Key responsibilities include:

• Carry out site inspections and plan checking (min 2 days on site per week)
• Attend to dangerous structures
