Identify behavioral patterns, friction points, and conversion barriers in the customer journey
Influence product investment and roadmap decisions by quantifying opportunity size and evaluating tradeoffs
Redesign analytics workflows around AI‑first operating principles and automated systems
Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to align teams around growth priorities
Requirements
