**Overview**

Epsilon is seeking a Principal, Client Leadership to support strategic Publicis retail accounts.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role that sits at the intersection of Retail strategy, data, identity, and media activation. You will partner with Retail clients and Publicis agency teams to unlock the full value of customer data—powering everything from CRM and loyalty to audience development and paid media activation.

Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex ecosystems—connecting collaborators across client organizations, Publicis agencies, and Epsilon’s data, identity, analytics, and activation teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
