Our client has an opportunity available for a Principal: Credit and Post Investment Officer based in Durban.

Requirements BCom Honours or Post Graduate Diploma in a related field, CFA, MBA or equivalent qualification. 8+ years’ experience in a lending environment, investment banking, management consulting, development finance, corporate finance or similar field. Previous experience in corporate finance - essential. Deep understanding of the lending and credit risk environment. Strong credit risk skills, financial modelling, risk management and restructuring capabilities. Understanding of corporate finance principles. Familiarity with regulations in the industry. Demonstrable value-add through operational or strategic oversight in investee companies.
