Position Overview

Principal Director of IT – Commercial Insurance & Technology Company. Based in Napierville, QC. Full-time, permanent. Onsite requirement: 2 days per week. Salary $175,000–$185,000 plus $7,000–$10,000 bonus and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage members of the IT team.
• Execute the roadmap to deliver infrastructure and service projects.
• Provide excellent user support, responding to Level1 and Level2 requests according to SLA when needed.
• Collaborate with managers across departments to address their infrastructure and IT service needs.
• Manage recurring IT operations, including user onboarding, vendor management, inventory control, and license renewals.
