Job Purpose Principal Electrical Designer

provides senior-level design leadership and technical expertise for electrical design deliverables across major projects. This role is accountable for the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of complex electrical design packages in support of Worley and its customers, while providing technical mentorship to electrical design teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver high-quality electrical design services that meet Worley, client, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, on time and within budget.

You will be accountable for:

Leading the development, coordination, and quality assurance of electrical design deliverables across the full project lifecycle (concept, FEED, detailed design, and construction support).

Providing technical direction and oversight to electrical designers and drafting teams, including task assignment, workload planning, and design reviews.
